Led by Steve Wilson, Bernhard’s Global Business Development Manager, this training equipped 12 team members with the skills to maximise the potential of the new technology. With approximately 15 cutting units to maintain, having a knowledgeable team is essential for achieving consistent excellence on the course. Mechanics Jakree Srikanha, Prasit Pintu, Seksan Suwan, and Sanya Samkamlue received specialised training, ensuring that they are well-prepared to uphold precision sharpening standards year-round. This investment in staff capabilities is just as important as the machinery itself, as it empowers the team to take pride in their work and further enhances playing conditions.
