Preventive Maintenance Services
Professionally maintained on monthly basis twice per month.
Pool Cleaning Service
Up to three times per week, including: ladder brushing, vacuuming, chemical balance treatment, lighting, back-washing & check cleaning of the control room.
Cleaning Service
Provides general cleaning services including door sweeping vacuuming, mopping and clean up of spider webs to ensure cleaning standards are maintained.
Admin Service
Utility bill payment, monthly reporting on issues and meet & greet owners or their friends upon request.
