Terms and Conditions Bootcamp

By registering for the Bootcamp session, submitting the registration form or partaking in the event as a walk-in, I acknowledge and accept full responsibility for my actions during the Bootcamp series taking place weekly in Laguna Park – Laguna Phuket.

Laguna Service Co. Ltd and Euro Wellness World Co., Ltd here below addressed as the “Organizers”.

Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in the Bootcamp involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, death, or damage to personal items. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with my participation.

Release and Waiver: In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Bootcamp, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Organizers – in this case Laguna Service Co. Ltd and Euro Creations Public Company Limited its officers, employees, agents, representatives, and sponsors from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or my personal items while participating in the Bootcamp, whether caused by the negligence of the Organizers or otherwise.

Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizers and its officers, employees, agents, representatives, and sponsors from any liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action brought by third parties as a result of my participation in the Bootcamp.

Medical Treatment: In the event of any illness or injury that I may suffer during my participation in the Bootcamp, I authorize the Organizers to obtain emergency medical treatment for me, at my expense, if deemed necessary. I understand that the Organizers will not be responsible for any costs associated with medical treatment.

Photography and Publicity: I consent to the use of my name, likeness, photograph, or video image in any broadcast, telecast, advertising, promotion, or other account of the Bootcamp without compensation.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO ITS TERMS.
