Tour Length: 4 hrs 30 min (includes transfer)
- Start at a base camp and then transfer to elephant camp on Chalong highlands by Jeep Safari and see good views over Phuket Island.
- Watch a demonstration of how the rubber trees are tapped to produce natural rubber latex.
- Watch a demonstration of how monkey are trained to pick coconut.
- Try a ride on a water buffalo and buffalo cart.
- See how to make coconut milk and coconut oil.
- Watch demonstration of Thai Cooking; see how to make Jungle Curry.
- Trek on elephant back along the hills with panoramic view of Phuket Island. Information on
elephants and a conservation project will be given. You will have a chance to take photos and feed them some bananas.
- Meet some little elephants and see how they are trained at young Elephant Training Center.
- Enjoy a meal of local Thai food. (Lunch for morning session and dinner for afternoon session).
