Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Som Tum Cookbook – A goodie gift for great charity

Phuket, Thailand – Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket in cooperation with Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School for fundraising project of the award-winning cookbook ‘Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Som Tum Cook Book – The book provides a brief history of the origins of Som Tum, social influences, essential ingredients, and complementing wine pairings before diving into the recipes.

Somtum presents 23 creations by chefs at the Dusit School, led by Executive master Chef Fabrice Danniel, Cedric Maton, Pruek Sumpantaworaboot and Geraldine Mueller. It also includes two recipes from guest chefs Rapeepan Luang-aramrut and celebrity chef Phol Tantasathien.

All proceeds from this cookbook go directly to our on-going Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) campaign ‘Dusit Smiles for Operation Smiles Thailand’ Operation Smile Thailand’ programme that raises funds for a charity which provides reconstructive surgery for children born with facial deformities, such as cleft lip and cleft palate. Each year, Dusit International organizes the surgery and treatment for disadvantaged children around Thailand.
