“Eggstra-ordinary” Easter Market at Laguna Phuket

A charity Easter market at Laguna Phuket next weekend promises to be an eggstra-ordinary event, with fun and games for all the family

The Good Shepherd Easter Market at Canal Shopping Village, from 3.00-6.00pm on Saturday 7 April, will feature an egg hunt, egg painting contest, “Wet ‘n’ Wild bouncy castle and musical entertainment, as well as demonstrations of Brazilian football skills and Zumba dance fitness.

Local vendors are encouraged to join the Easter spirit by hiring a stall for just THB 500 to sell their wares.

All proceeds go to the Good Shepherd charity, which raises funds to help Thai women, children and migrants who are poor, abused, or suffer from HIV.

The Easter Market follows the success of the Good Shepherd Christmas Market at Canal Village, which drew a crowd of around 500 and raised more than THB 80,000 for the charity.
