The six-course dinner will include culinary entries from the best of Phuket's luxury resorts. Each chef will create one dish paired with wine to form an impressive six-course charity dinner.Their combined efforts will provide diners with a unique experience whilst raising funds for a worthy cause. “The Good Shepherd Sisters is a remarkable charity, so we are delighted to continue supporting them,” said Mr. Peter Komposch, General Manager of Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket. “I've been most impressed with the way the organisation helps to change lives for the better. We can all learn from its example, and are pleased that Chef Amolini and his team can contribute their passion for cooking to the gala dinner event.” The six chefs selected to devise the event's menu are Silvano Amolini from Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket; Ryan Arboleda from Paresa Resort; David Hamilton from Banyan Tree Phuket; Stefano Artosin from Amanpuri; Chalermchai Prakobkit from Trisara; and Aaron Hooper from Joe's Downstairs restaurant. Partner suppliers will generously donate all food and wine. The six-course charity dinner with wine will be held on 31 March 2012 at Paresa Resort. Tickets are priced at THB 4,500 net per person.
