Laguna's Success at Phuket Select Property Show
Laguna Phuket Property Sales attended the recent Phuket Select property exhibition in Hong Kong and was overwhelmed by the great response from potential property owners and investors who were interested in the showcased Dusit Laguna Villas and Laguna Village.
Interest was so great that Laguna Phuket sold four of the Dusit Laguna Villas as well as one Laguna Village Townhome and one Laguna Village Villa at the exhibition. The Dusit Laguna Villas, priced approximately at USD $940,000, are three-story terraced properties located within the renowned Dusit Laguna Resort. Each villa has two bedrooms with sea or garden views and ensuite bathrooms on the first floor. The second floor contains a kitchen, dining and living room with a scenic view and extended terrace for outdoor ambience. On the third floor is the roof-top pool, outdoor shower and a private sun deck with picturesque water views.
Apart from the generous benefits and quality of the properties themselves, another contributing factor to Laguna Phuket’s success at Phuket Select can be attributed to Laguna’s innovative 15- year financing program, catering to foreign investors. The program allows lakeside villa buyers 5, 10 or 15 year plans with a competitive interest rate. In addition, buyers can finance up to 70% of the selling price.
The Laguna Village Villa and the Laguna Village Townhome that were sold at Phuket Select are both part of the Laguna Village development. Laguna Phuket has experienced an increase in sales outside of the exhibition as well. Within the past two weeks it has had 13 sales of Dusit Laguna Villas, two Laguna Village Villas, three Laguna Village Townhomes, three Banyan Tree DoublePool Villas and two Banyan Tree Two- Bedroom Pool Villas.
All Laguna property owners receive complimentary membership to the Laguna Phuket Golf Club as well as entry into the Laguna Phuket lifestyle with Laguna Residents’ Privilege Cards providing access to the facilities at all the Laguna Phuket hotels and entitling generous discounts at the 30 restaurants and bars, five spas, etc. Owners of the Dusit Laguna Villas, the Banyan Tree DoublePool Villas and the Banyan Tree Two-Bedroom Pool Villas will also have the choice of either receiving 6% fixed rental return or 33% of actual rental revenue while enjoying 60 days complementary usage per annum. The two options can be changed every 6 years.
Laguna Property is also introducing a new exclusive residential area comprising of six new “Deluxe Townhomes” and seven new “Deluxe Residences”. These two products will be based on the popular semi-detached Townhomes and detached Residences, and will have an updated contemporary design.
