Blue Canyon Country Club

One of the premier courses in the region, Blue Canyon is set in a secluded valley, overlooked by Phuket's famous hills. Host to the Johnnie Walker Classics in 1994 and 1998, and the Honda Invitational in 1996 the club offers two 18 holes championship golf courses, Canyon Course and The Lakes Course

The Canyon Course is quite simply a masterpiece of design, with daunting natural hazards to challenge golfers of all levels. Many new golf courses in Asia are little more than man-made reconstruction of the environment, however, Blue Canyon was created around a natural canyon. With this creation, Mr. Kato went to great extremes to ensure that the course fit well in the natural habitat. In fact, only 250,000 cubic meters of earth was moved at the Canyon Course, against an average for most modern courses of 2 to 3 million.

Golfers’ Dress Code:

• Men - Golf shoes, socks, tailored long/Bermuda shorts and polo T-shirts with collar.
• Ladies - Golf shoes, socks, tailored culottes/pants/slacks/skirts and blouse/polo T-shirts with collar. Soft spiked golf shoes are recommended. Metal spiked golf shoes are restricted to certain areas of the club premises only.

Note:

• Every golfer must be accompanied by one caddie. Hiring of caddie(s) is compulsory.
• Please make the payment for caddy fee & cost of rental items at the pro-shop directly.
• Transfer for 1-2 person/s will be arranged by car and 3-8 persons will be by van.
