Terms & Conditions:

• All rates are subject to 10% service charge and applicable government taxes.
• Rates quoted in US$ and converted at the Bank Buying Rate of exchange upon payment day.
• Resort Room rates are room only; based on single, twin or double occupancy.
• Golf Villas & Residences are available for a minimum length of stay 7 nights.
• Grande Villa rates are inclusive of a wealth of added privileges.
• Lagoon Villa rates are based on single or double occupancy.
• 1-bedroom Island Villa rates are based on 2-person occupancy.
• 2-bedroom Island Villa rates are based on 4-person occupancy.
• Family Plan-Resort Rooms:
  • No surcharge for children 17 years of age and under sharing parants' room using existing bedding.
  • Baby cots are complementary.
• Check-in time: 15.00 hours.
• Check-out time: 12.00 noon.
• Children younger than 12 years old are not permitted to stay in the Pool Access and Lagoon Villa. For further information, please contact the hotel directly

Deposit Policy

• For bookings made prior to 60 days of arrival date, a credit card is required to guarantee the reservation at time of bookings.

• At 60 days prior to the arrival date, the hotel must have received credit card authorization in advance and will charge credit card 50% of the total value of the  booking plus applicable tax and service charge.  If no authorization received or unable to charge credit card bookings will be automatically cancelled.

• At 45 days prior to the arrival date. The remaining balance of the entire bookings  plus applicable tax and service charges will be charged to the credit card on record.
