Be a Virtual Hollywood Star at Laguna Phuket

“Lights, Camera, Action!”

Hollywood has come to Laguna Phuket, with lights, camera, and “you” making the action.  A complete film studio will be set up in the Summer Family Festival tent at Canal Shopping Village.   You and your family will experience Hollywood movie making, cast as the stars in the filming of a “Virtual Motorcycle Tour of Phuket”. 

STAR IN A VIRTUAL MOTORCYLE TOUR OF PHUKET

A Thai-style, motorcycle with side-car, specially designed for the Summer Family Festival, will be able to accommodate your entire family. It is mounted in front of a “green-screen” on a rotating turn-table with hydraulic special FX to simulate real, road action. The director and producer will guide your family through the preparation of hair and make-up, wardrobe, lights and camera, acting and the filming of the motorcycle action sequence.

Afterwards, a professional editor will make “movie magic” and replace the green with an alternate background video of popular Phuket attractions. You will return home, with a professionally packaged and printed, DVD containing your Virtual Motorcycle Tour of Phuket, backstage photos and a Laguna Phuket promotional video souvenir.

HAIR & MAKE-UP HOLLYWOOD STYLE

Do you want to be made up to look your “best”, or, “worst”? 

On set, will be professional hair and make-up artists that will give every actor to be filmed the “Quick Natural look”. 

If you request, for an additional cost, the artists can give you the extra “Hollywood, Red Carpet Look” for your movie scene, or, the “Special FX Movie Look” of bruises, cuts and gashes can be created should a choreographed “crash” occur on your virtual tour.

These, special hair and make-up techniques can also, be booked without the filming, for a night on the town, or, just to surprise family and friends.

SHOOTING SCHEDULE

The “Shooting Schedule” is Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 28 June - 20 August. You will be given a “Call-time” for hair, make-up and wardrobe (40 minutes) followed by the filming (20 minutes). Or, the special hair and make-up techniques may, also, be scheduled separately, without the filming.
