Quest Laguna Phuket Adventure opened in 1995 as Thailand 's first corporate training and development centre built on 7 acres of natural, beachside land. With a mission to provide work-related performance enhancement programs to companies and institutions looking to achieve more in today's competitive business environment, Quest is the highlight of any conference or incentive program conducted at Laguna Phuket.

Quest offers a range of outdoor and indoor facilities and programmes using various mind challenges and problem solving activities, including high and low challenge rope courses, a 15-metre climbing tower and numerous portable activities.

Also available are tailored courses designed in consultation with the client, giving special attention to company goals, objectives and needs. These experience-based programmes take the meaning of 'teambuilding' to new and more rewarding heights, where team motivation increases productivity and corporate recharge enhances performance. One example is the Quest Survivor Challenge. Just like the popular TV show, teams must outwit, outplay and outlast one another to avoid being eliminated at 'tribal council'. This involves teamwork, cohesion, strategic planning and leadership.

Quest's Amazing Race is a rally within Laguna Phuket that pitches teams against each other. This programme combines high action events and controlled chaos, with information collection and fun quizzes as well as mental and physical challenges. It's all about working and staying together as a team.

And for very large groups, Quest's Team Olympics is a good choice for its vibrant atmosphere of marching bands, loud music and cheer squads. Teams choose a team name, logo, mantra, flag and banner, then march into the arena waving their flags and chanting their team theme. What follows is a combination of sporting events that are fun, competitive and challenging.
